2:24 Doesn't apply to 1st time buyers of Med Supp/Medigap
2:35 Law is for people currently enrolled in Med supp/medigap
2:40 Change must be with SAME carrier
2:45 ie Aetna to Aetna, Blue Cross to Blue Cross, etc.
2:59 Cannot move from Aetna to Blue Cross
3:34 Must move to plan of Equal or lesser value
3:49 F to G, G to N, F to High Deductible F.
4:08 Can't do: Plan N to Plan G
4:34 Must apply within 45 days of your birthday
4:39 Policy must be in place 90 days after your bday

5:30 In IEP or enroll Part B 1st time, you have a GI period to buy Supp/Medigap
