I think I would pre spray or butter my casserole dishes with some kind of fat before I bake any of these egg mixture recipes or your delicious creations will stick to it

The breakfast casserole, I would imagine could be made with maple flavored sausage and maple syrup, perhaps....Just an idea....🤔🤔🤔🤔
