when I saw how decent the announced MSRP prices (before the inflation) of the mid and high range RTX 3000 cards I foolishly thought the budget GPU prices will be priced better but here we are with amd and nvidia pissing on us with their leftover garbage

Wow looking at this. The 1630 gets almost the same performance as my oc'ed gtx 950 2gb And yet that card was released in 2015

Since Rx 6400 cost 170 dollars, GTX 1630 should have been 100 to 120 dollar at most.
According to hardware unboxed review, RX 6400 on PCI-E3.0 is slightly faster than GTX 1050 Ti which means that RX6400 should beat GTX 1630 easily even if you use older/budget PCI-E3.0 mobo

GTX 1630 has one advantage over RX6400 is that GTX 1630 support hardware video encoding. But most most people don't care about that though
