thank you for sharing! what you said about gender disappointment is definitely a real thing and it’s not a crime to expect something and then be disappointed about it not happening. When couples expecting are asked what gender they want their baby to be, they always say they don’t care but in reality they are always hoping for a girl or boy respectively. obviously once they find out in the moment, they’re are so happy no matter if they got what they wanted or not but I feel like people which talk more about it and not be berated for it! you’re doing so good queen! been watching you since 2015 & seeing this new chapter of your life brings me to tears! can’t wait for the prince to get here! 💙💙💙

Also.. Because of what happened to Seven, you do not need to feel bad for saying that you’re in pain. It’s natural, your body is changing in so many different ways.
It’s valid feeling uncomfortable and just because you‘re speaking up about it doesn’t mean you‘re ungrateful.
I‘m beyond happy for you guys and I know Babyboy has the best angel brother looking over him and you guys. 🥹
Also, how awesome would it be if he really was born on the seventh, forever carrying *another* piece of his big brother. 🫶🏽

Magnesium did wonders for me during pregnancy constipation and I was on iron as well. Also helps with sleep!

What worked for me is eating actual dried prunes and not the juice, it will definitely help move your bowels, also papaya!! Oh and a glass of milk for the heartburn helps a ton

Hi! I straighten my hair every day (bad ik) and my hair dresser actually told me not to use heat protectant over and over (if you havent washed your hair since the first time you used it against heat) because if you arent washing your hair since the first time you put it in then its still in your hair so theres no need to keep adding more and more since itll just leave a film. (not sure if you do this just seemed like you do since your hair was already straight when you started restraightening it) hope this helps you or anyone else!!

take a capful of miralax with 4oz of liquids and chug it at the same time everyday. my daughters gastro recommends that’s the best way to take it and it gets things moving by the next day!
