Boba Fett, the clone to Jango Fett, continued his 'father's work as more respected bounty hunter in the galaxy. When the Empire needed something done, Boba was the one for the job (unless Vader's brash and less than stealthy tactics were needed). Here are top 10 facts about Boba Fett from legends and canon to give you some more info about the most notorious bounty hunter out there.

I was expecting a comment of how Legends has had Fett fall into and escape the Sarlacc not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. And it’s not like the thing is mobile and hunting him down

To clarify people about Boba Fett and Jango Fett being a Mandalorian, yes. They both were. Boba eventually even becomes Mandalore. The issue is that Disney retconned this. Now to explain, because there is often a misconception in the lore. Jango Fett was raised by Jaster Mereel, who was referred to as a 'True Mandalorian' and Jaster Mereel was murdered on Korda Six by DEATHWATCH. Which opposed Jaster and his honorbound ideals and code which Jango was raised by. To further clarify;

People bring up this quote from the Clone Wars.

"I recently encountered a man who wore Mandalorian armor. Jango Fett."
"Jango Fett was a common bounty hunter. How he acquired that armor is beyond me."
―Obi-Wan Kenobi and Almec

but Almec was a traitor and was working with Deathwatch who was a faction against the True Mandalorians which was Jango's and Jaster Mereel's faction. The True Mandalorians AND Deathwatch broke the Mandalorians out into a Civil War. Almec was either A; lying, or B; referring information to what he was told to, by Deathwatch. Either way, what Almec is stating is false.

Another quote that people don't realize; We also get this in the clone wars

"A civil war killed most of Satine's people, hence her aversion to violence. When she returned, she took on the difficult task of rebuilding her world alone."

This Civil war was the massive schism between Deathwatch and The True Mandalorians.

Now Boba is different, Boba was being raised a Mandalorian, by his father, through a little guide/handbook that his father gave to him when he was young. He followed this handbook in his early years but once he met Aurra Sing, he fell off of this. It wasn't until much later when he was to be considered and adult that Boba had finally became a full fledged Mandalorian. Regardless, Boba Fett eventually becomes Mandalore a little bit prior to the Vong Wars, and is one of the pivotal reasons the Mandalorians beat the Vong so badly is because he played them as a double agent, learned their secrets and weaknesses and struck them effectively.

Edit: To clarify, so everyone can see this. This was BEFORE Disney's retcon of the lore. As of now, this is considered Legends, but prior this was canonically their stories.
