Inside the Most Immersive Restaurant in the U.S.

When a restaurant spans across not just food and agriculture, but also fashion, architecture, and music, you know it's going to be a good time. What Jordan Kahn is doing at not only Vespertine, but also Meteora and Destroyer, is unlike anything I've ever experienced. His intention and thoughtfulness to try to get people closer to the food they're eating and to truly understand what they're putting in their bodies is incredibly admirable. And as a result, he's created experiences that are so immersive and unique compared to the average dining experience to the point where it's almost like live theater.

He recently reopened Vespertine and it's 100% worth a visit, but every one of his restaurants is incredible in their own right.

This was such an enjoyable video from beginning to end. Thank you for allowing us to get a small window into this uniquely designed universe. I feel like I watched an episode of Chef’s Table. Not only that but, living in Florida, I’d never be able to experience any of these wonderful places without a lot of money and planning.

This is all very cool but the problem is they make it seem like it's still something only wealth can aquire. In reality, this should be accessible to everyone, because we all deserve to benefit from being more sustainable. That's essentially what they're promoting.
