I used to sell cars and always go take a look at whatever potential options me and my partner and I have for our new car
The 11th gen civic sport touring hatch rode pretty comfortably. It wasn't really that much noise, especially comparing it to most cars in its segment, and the infotainment is a huge upgrade compared to moat vehicles in its segment.
However, I do agree with you on price, and I do wish there more engine options since honda has like 4-5 engines for this generation civic. I would've chosen a tuned up 2.0 N.A. engine because those have the actual automatic transmission, which means it would last much longer
