I started playing golf (outside of putt putt and the driving range off and on) just this summer at 35 years old and had some natural talent but ZERO consistency and real understanding of what I was doing. After playing about 5 courses I watched a few hours of your videos about posture, perfect grip and then getting my setup right each and every time. The next day I went out and shot the best game ever that was 15 strokes less than the round before. Yesterday, I hit the best round yet and had consistent experiences at every hole. I cannot tell you guys how thankful I am for these videos and your teaching style. I set up my shots with confidence now. I wish I had started golfing in High School. I have a new passion and favorite sport that can only be understood once it's grabbed ahold of you!. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

Used to play four or five times a year, but now getting more serious about playing. Found you guys and, as you say in Britain, you're brilliant! Thanks, guys!

I like impact tape for simple and reviewable feedback but the tees in the ground is a great tip. If you don't feel confident you can swing between these two tees without hitting them then this is exactly the drill to be working on. Great tip guys. Thanks!

Hi Joakim. Yes this is also a great way to correct this as it forces you to shift your plane the other way. great drill also! Thanks

I did your drill and i was only just hitting the tees so i got some spray paint and put it on the tees to know the exact spot of where the tees were hit ... I have come down to a 10 handicap after being a 17.4 thanks to your drill now im much more consistant when i hit the ball

When you showed an example of "lifting" the head, what you did was actually turn your head like David Duval. What most people are talking about when they say "lifted your head" or "picked your head up" is a perfectly valid observation of a common swing error which absolutely does cause "topping" (in the case of lifting the head late in the downswing.

I love the people criticizing these guys. Most of you are probably garbage weekend warrior players, who'd be lucky to break 100. If you weren't you wouldn't have found yourself at this video. I think these guys do a great job in their videos trying to help amateurs. For all the know it alls, go make your own video...

Great advice boys. I've hitting my chips along the ground and always thought I was lifting my head. Thanks for the tip, I'm trying the tees in the ground tomorrow! Cheers

If the club is twisting and your not sure where the ball is contacting the club face... just put some contact tape or even some blue painters tape on the club face and heel... the indentation after you hit the ball should be enough to let you know how "off" you are... tees in the ground work great as well... great video guys !

Brilliant video, thanks lots. I have been having a similar problem, though I haven't specifically noticed any twist. I'm having a round tomorrow, and will try this tip out on the range to make sure I'm addressing my balls right.
