The process of product development took several months involving airBaltic pilots, flight attendants and volunteers from aviation industry. arent some doors connected and just fly up once the handle is pulled

This type of overwing exit seems like a terrible passenger-operated design. I understand that plug-doors are way easier & simpler, but safety first here. Newer planes seem to go with a gull-wing type deal.
