A problem I find it that having overweight people with this illogical mindset make all overweight people look bad.
All overweight people do not think like this. In fact I would say most don't. It makes it difficult when you get lumped into this category.

I started dating after my divorce about 2000. After about my fifth dating experience I got the feeling that I'd rather not date than settle for the large women I seemed to attract on the then social network available. I'm a shy person when it comes to getting to know the opposite sex so I just stopped making the first move and I've been stuck in a nowhere zone of love interests. Gets lonely now and then but I get by. I rather been in this situation than an uncomfortable one with someone I'm not really attracted to, that feels disingenuous, dishonest and cruel.
