When I was a kid, I was a heavy person. But since my mother always taught me “it’s ok for people to fat shame kids like you because it’ll make you in a healthier shape again” .. I starved myself to death and had a eating disorder, I even tried to hang myself. If you want to help someone lose weight, know that not in all cases does fat shaming help people lose weight.

My little sister GAINED weight because eating was her way of being happy.. don’t misuse the word sigma either, sigmas are respectful.
