I'm currently doing a water fast, following Dr. Klaper's recommendations. Cleaning my body of all the toxic buildup I've accumulated over the years. Today is day 25, and I'm going up to day 30. Purchased a dehydrator and it has really opened my eyes to more raw recipes. I've been vegan for almost a year, but after my fast will try to do the majority, if not all of my eating raw. Thanks for being on youtube! Love your videos. Peace out.

Ive heard many say thwy did force themselves to try cilantro, it tasted like soap for yrs but they tried for a week daily had a small amount and eventually they learned to love it

That sounds delicious!! I love the tastes of mango and arugula mixed together. Any ideas on what I can use instead of tomato? I'm allergic! Sad, I know!
