I’m an Aussie currently living in Canada. I have been looking for restaurants everywhere that sells Gozleme but have had no luck! Will try this recipe out to satisfy my craving!

A nice recipe. Though in Turkey we would use beef rather than lamb. I've never seen lamb gözleme in Turkey. We also typically buy our dough (yufka) ready made and rolled out from specific shops. If you have Turkish or Arab shops in your city, maybe it would be worth checking out to see if they have the yufka. We also cook it with butter. Olive oil works, but butter is more authentic (and better imo). :)

This is the second recipe I’ve tried and it’s brilliant! So tasty and just as easy as it looks. I mean, if I can do it...😂I really have no experience with flatbread but your recipe is the best and I tried two others before yours. I tried it with gluten free flour as well and it still works, I just needed a bit more flour. Thank you so much, I’m so lucky I found you👏😄(my family is happier too)

Which paprika do you use? I find it confusing when paprika is listed as an ingredient but not a specific one. They are all so different.

The one with the spinach it is better to use fresh onion and fresh mint with feta instead of garlic in Greece we are doing it that way.

It would be great to have the amounts of flour, oil.. etc for the dough. The rest i can work out on my own.. anyone know?? I love gözleme!!
