at 7:46, why is taking better than not? I am sure Spencer is right, but from my understanding, the white knight on e5 is better than the black on c6, and taking lets black bring another pawn towards the center, even if it is doubled. And black can't really take the e5 knight at the moment as the recapture forks black. Is the problem that the black knight may eventually get to c4? What aren't I understanding correctly?
