It's there, just different items, but the legendaries and Eddie's are there with some other items.
Also: for anyone who goes here, go out the door to your left and climb the yellow ladder in front of you, I found a Raven Skull Pendant (Worth $500 Eddies) and some extra Eddie's on top. Enjoy!

there are a mob of enemys that spawn at the end of the pier by the roller coaster and they always drop legendary loot, you just have to run away a certain distance and come back for them to respawn

Came by at level 22 and rep 36, i found a rare shotgun that deals 121.8 of dps while the shotgun i have has 431.4

i think its level scaled i didnt get legendary stuff when i looted it, but i looted it after clearing the mission location, or amybe loot respawns later after its been cleared
