Bike Kept Stalling on Me While Riding

My bike kept stalling on me. Found the problem pretty easy!

Broooo you're a legend! It took me an hour to get home today when it usually only tales around 20 mins. It was spluttering the ENTIRE time, holding up traffic, constantly having to pull over, so annoying. I was taking photos of my little Gixxer 150 and I took the seat off to take a photo of the inside but accidentally put the med kit infront of an airflow chamber, (or something). After trying everything I could, I finally searched it up on YT and found this video with little hope, after you said you did the same sort of thing, I double checked, and BOOM! Sometimes if you overfill your gas. Fuel can get into the gas tank breather and cause this same issue with stalling during your ride.
And it will happen untill the fuel clears out of the breather hose.

Mines the opposite problem. Its ok at high speeds and revs but occasionally ill get a small jolt. Usually as I'm only just at biting point.

This just started happening to me right after getting an oil change and a new battery installed. I will try to take off the seat and look 👀 around.

My bike started dying right after i put new fuel line on it i went to larger fuel line, it was getting air pockets in the fuel so i installed a low pressure fuel pump and it went from kinda fast to really fast. No more stalling and no more cutting out just immediate snap. It had a larger carb on it when i got it with the same size line im using now and it made 167 rwhp which isnt bad for an old school v twin. Im thinking it needed that pump all along.

My MV Brutale 1090 stalls all the time. it is the Fi relay, throttle and idle settings. MV common problem. A;so the clutch and sidestand give error warnings and cause it to stall erroneously. The engineers manual has 3 solutions to MV stalling issues, as they know about it. Or as you said, sometimes the simplest thing is the cause

My 796 monster cut out today an check engine light popped on so pulled over an switched off an bk on a started again an check light was of? Its happened 3 times any idea what too do?? 😅

Going to check mine tomorrow now. I keep having the same problem when I get my bike up to 4th gear it sputters and stalls when I get on the clutch and throttle

Hey my bike does the same thing when ever I deaccelerate it just shuts down automatically and then I have to start it again the battery is brand new. What do I do?

See I have a 06 zx6r.. and when I start her up, and start riding. She’s good. After sometime of riding pretty hard, but a short amount of time. my Fi code will randomly pop up and I slowly start to loose all power in my throttle. And she starts boggin. Any idea? I just replaced battery, sparks+ coils, oil.

I have an 08 gsxr and got new oil and filter change, gas, new battery and this happened. I think it may need spark plugs or air filter change. Any other guesses ?

Hey brother can you help me out I’m having the same problems.. I have ninja 250 and it dies on me at highway speeds and when i try to stay on the throttle it it starts to choke

Mine does the opposite, wants to stall when low rpm at 1st gear but when It starts going the engine runs well

Same thing happened to me 2 days in a row. It dies mid ride and starts back up. Had gas and all idk what the issue is .. and it’s not consistent. It just does it at random times. It’s not stalling tho it’s literally like someone hit my kill switch

Thanks I’m glad I found this video because what you just explained about your bike happened to me earlier this morning and I’m like that’s weird like what’s going on then I was thinking could it be the fuel because I fueled up this morning then I said no it has to be something under my seat because last week I left it open then when I fueled up I said oh I forgot to lock me seat so after I did that, that’s when it started stalling and now I have to check what’s going on under the seat

Same thing with my Dominar 400.! Bike's engine dies while pulling clutch when we crusing for about 70-80km/hr.. How to fix it..?

My bike engine was burning oil and seized in the middle of no where. Luckly I had a warrently on it.
