I've also tried everything you recommended. I get very inflamed and my EOE flares even from pastured eggs. I tried duck eggs for a while and it created a lot of gut issues for me. I've been allergy tested as well and I'm allergic to both the yolk and the white. I was eating strictly Carnivore for almost a year and wasn't getting better like I knew I should be. I cut out eggs and that changed everything for me. I feel so much better not eating them!

You are spot on Dr !!!! Exact!!! Why I raised my own chickens .... I could eat them !! Very rare for me to find a chicken egg I can eat because of what they feed the chicken

I was breaking out in hives for about 3 years, and last year, I had blood work done, and a blood test confirmed that I was highly allergic to eggs, but after starting carnivore, I am now able to eat eggs without a problem. I love eggs and am so happy that changing to a carnivore lifestyle allows me to eat them now.

I always felt sick after eating eggs, then I tried farm raised eggs (from an actual farm) and I don’t feel sick after eating them anymore! I love eggs❤❤

I'm so happy to have found you. You and many other carnivore supporters helped to save my life with a new diagnosis of diabetes 2 diagnosis.

I took a food sensitivity test, and I am reactive to egg whites. But I can eat them like you said, if I get pasture raised eggs.

Wow! This has me thinking. I do sometimes get reactions to eggs, and then other times they appear to not do anything.. This may answer some of those weird things..
thank you 🙏

I watched one of Dr Berry's vids earlier this yr about eggs and he said to try "pasture" raised eggs...I always thought an egg was an egg and there wouldn't be much difference... well, lemme tell you... there's a HUGE difference.

PASTURE raised eggs are the only kind of eggs I eat now.... reg eggs, cage free eggs make me gag to the point of throwing up. I now look forward to cooking and eating eggs rather than cooking them and wondering if I'll throw up.

Also try soy free eggs. A lot of people are really just sensitive to the high soy content that is in commercial chicken feeds. Since eggs are an ovum, phytoestrogens tend to accumulate in them

Had hives w egg whites....but not all the time. When I can get pasture raised, I have no issues at all. Never had duck or goose eggs though, Great idea!!! Tk U !!

The only eggs I can eat, are the ones that don't bother me. I had to stop eating the grocery store.

I think this is a great recommendation Dr Barry. Eat the yolks. I have found that 1-2 x a year when I give up the whites for 1-week, I can eat them again. I get very itchy skin from what I believe is the histamine in the egg whites. The other thing if I get diarrhea from eating Duck eggs. But quail eggs I can eat the yoke raw with no issues! 🤤 yum 😋!

Will only buy Organic Free Range eggs. Never ever had a reaction with them, OK they cost a little more but ones's health is more important than a few extra pennies.

Super interesting. I have an IgG response to eggs quite strongly. I did a blood test and it said I was allergic to the yolks too. I always feel like I'm missing out on nutrition and take a choline supplement. Maybe I'll try local wgg yolks to see what happens. Usually it triggers an autoimmune I wonder if how they are cooked would make a difference too.

Thank you for the information! Both my husband and my son are blood allergy tested allergic to eggs. Both a yolk, and the whites. Makes groceries expensive when you’re trying to eat a PHD. I wonder where I can get the other eggs you mentioned.

Eggsactly! Lol! Same with people who feed their dogs commercial food and find their dogs allergic to common meats. It's not the meat, but all the shit they put into the dog food, or the rendering process for meats. I feed a whole meat raw diet to my dogs now, and my Dogo Argentino no longer has rashes and is not stiff and sore being 8 years old!

I'm allergic to egg white ingredients. I've been taking allergy injections for 3 years now and I can eat them with no problem. I have one more year to go for the injections then I should be good!
