In second loop +ve is towards that side of 9 ohm resistor on which side you indicated as -ve. Why? Whereas initially you said assign that sign to resistor with which its connected to battery or potential.

In mesh 2 why we take +6v not -6v since we take current direction in clockwise direction

But haven't changed the signs..
