She took it down because she learned he was autistic. So basically she's still willing to verbally go after someone's child.

she didn't apologize- she just took it down.... even if there was no disability, he is a 17 year old that loves his She is pathetic

Ann Coultier is as cruel as they come. She's simply a heartless person who must not have a love life or anything worth living for

Ann Coulter, don't you just sometimes make yourself sick? Shame on you!!

Doesn't sound like an apology to me. An apology says " I'm sorry, I was wrong." That is not what she said.

You just saw the best and worst of America. Gus and his family being the best, Ann and her fellow republicans being the worst.

She doesn't have any human empathy, an apology from her means nothing

She says she took it down because she found out that Gus is autistic.
It matters not that Gus has a disability,
she should have simply taken down because she should have realized that it is cruel and completely unnecessary to criticize a boy’s outpouring of emotional appreciation for his father

That doesn't sound like an apology. She's basically saying, "I took it down! Happy?"

Whether autistic or not, whether he has special needs or not,

* a child being so emotionally proud of his father IS VERY ADMIRABLE IN SO MANY LEVELS.

* A child expressing his love for his father is NEVER a bad thing.

* A child authentically showing his raw emotions is an emotionally healthy child, and there's nothing wrong with that.

* A child showing so much love for his parents reflect the amount of love they have for each other in that family!

* A child
- who has the ability to show raw & authentic emotions especially his love for his father
- who is so proud to show the world that he is so proud of his father....

IS a child that every child should emulate!

It doesn't matter if she didn't know he was neurodivergent, Autistic or has ADHD. We teach to not bully people and that's exactly what she's doing, except she's supposed to be the adult and in my opinion, this makes her look more like a child than Gus who clearly felt pride for his dad. Says a lot about her

Where's the apology? she only deleted it, she did NOT apologize

as an adult, she’s weird for attacking a 17 year old child
who’s proud of his FATHER

Disability or none, NOBODY should go after a child who is unabashedly showing love and pride for their parent.

The love and pride Gus showed for his father was beautiful and heartwarming. How can a grown woman attack a child who has done nothing but show love for his father.

Gus Walz was awesome! Actually, that whole family is That was one of the most moving things I have ever seen at a convention! It is true love for one's parents! Anyone who would make fun of him is a total loser! That woman is a total MAGAt representative!!!!

There is nothing wrong with a son being proud of his dad. In fact, it should be an honor .

This Robbie guy is like a younger version of Jesse Waters from Fox News. These people are so disgusting!

The guy with the purple tie is annoying. It's like he is being forced to disavow the horrid comment about Tim Walz's son. Even if he did not have a disability, it was still inappropriate.

That was not an apology, rather, something she was told to do! She is disgusting & should be fired for such a comment!!! Even if Tim Walz's child didn't have autism or other mental health issues, *NO* adult should attack a child ever, in any way!!!
