It can take multiple days of rain fall to fill the cauldron up.

In bedrock, you can put potions in a cauldron and then put arrows to make arrows with effects.
Also, you can put dye in a cauldron with water to make different colors for armor.

In java the wither is just a massive puppy that's has no idea what to do when attacked

While in bedrock you just unleashed a god of massive destruction that's near impossible to kill with even the most powerful of weapons but even then it's like bending a tick tack

I'm a java player and I think that Bedrock Edition is also very good. But it's strange that they both have so many differences in this kind of things. I mean, even small datapack can make it possible to bake something with bricks! As well as the ability to place buttons with different rotations. Why?

The Bedrock version of the Wither, in my opinion, should be how it is on all versions of the game. That thing is a fine example of a good bossfight.

Fun fact: Sometimes Java is harder, sometimes Bedrock is harder, sometimes Bedrock is complicated to play on, sometimes Java is weird.
