I beat the Withdrawals, but The Anxiety I was Trying to mask for all these Years is Back With full vengeance😢 I’m Not going to lie, It’s Terrifying, & I Want to beat it

This is me! I randomly start to feel like I’m not getting enough oxygen to my brain and then I start to feel like I want to just pass out. This is so scary & I just want it to go away 🥺

Especially during working out, at the end when your doing your quick 1 minute rest it’s just like you think the worst and it’s a horrible feeling

I struggle to breathe through my nose when cycling or exercising, anxiety kicks in when I get self-conscious about how I am breathing

I had this once before. I woke up to it, and I had something on my mind. A school assignment that was important to me, I didn’t have anything to turn in the next morning. The night before I went to bed early to try not to dwell on how I was disappointed in myself and my lack of work, but I woke up with this anxiety symptom around 2am. I feel so bad for ppl who struggle with this in the regular. I stayed up all night to finish my assignment, it was really a MENTAL worry I had to take care of that caused these real physical symptoms.

Hii everyone
(LONG ANSWER ALERT)
Just here to give y'all an update
Well guys now I'm free from that air hunger thing 🎊
Ik guys that it feels like when this air hunger thing will just get over right?
Look guys I was just like everyone of u and now I'm ok!!
Guys I really advice y'all to :
1) First find the root cause (like why is it happening?)
For me I found out that it was due to watching anime and web series with headphones (ik it sounds weird but I observed that when I watched anime or web series with headphones my anxiety would get triggered)
After finding the root cause try to stop that thing which is causing this problem
For me I stopped watching it for while and ofcourse my air hunger problem really went down!!
Most common causes could be for example: health anxiety or maybe like future career anxiety or exams related
*Just try to find the root cause guys*

2) I really recommend you guys to do nasal breathing, diaphragm breathing and Wim Hoff breathing

3) Guys just stay happy and just get out of ur home and go for a long walk or spend time with your friends and family
(Guys this realllly helps I'll say)
Just make yourself busy in some work and u will just forget about your anxiety

STAY SAFE, STAY HAPPY :)
I would really like to help you guys because I know that how it feels going through this problem

Sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe. It’s been a year now since this has happened. Went to doctors they say I am fine. Heart fine. Lungs fine. Blood oxygen fine. I’m even going to therapy for it.
Nothings changing and I’m getting depressed.
I’m getting good sleep.
Eating well.
Exercising regularly.
I don’t know what to do.
It feels like I’m suffocating.

I’ll give one tip which will help a lot.. Just lie on your back and breathe through belly by expanding it (you can place a hand on belly too!) and do it in this method 4-2-6 which is inhale, hold and exhale . Do it for 5 mins after you wake up and before you go to bed. You will feel some changes and also remember not to rush things up which also causes our body to work in a rapid mode that triggers stress. Slow down your body movements whenever you feel like rushing🙌

Such great tips, thank you Shaan. I'm in the foundations group. I hope I can afford the full mentor program soon because I feel I have some things to still work on.
