I was arrested DUI, cops brought me to a breathalyzer machine, where i blew under the legal limit 2 times in the span of 1 hour. Still had to make bond, go to court. Cops came to the courthouse, argued that their opinion was i was absolutely drunk, common law prosecution. Judge threw out the charges, as the cops had scientific evidence i was not drunk. The cops were arguing the machine was wrong. My lawyer told me, the judge couldn't believe the cops were attempting to say the machine was not proof when so many people went to jail because of the machine.

He believed in his mind that he had the right to punish a man that did no wrong, that posed no threat, and had never met before, to come to a rational conclusion of a man's behavior, to justify an arrest ???

When the Judge dismisses this case for false testimony and constitutional violations the same Judge has the obligation to hold this officer in contempt of court for perjury, unlawful arrest and submitting an official false police report.
