Bacon wrapped avocado:

INGREDIENTS
1 Avocado 1 egg 3 slices of bacon
METHOD
Half and peel the avocado, also make room for an egg in the middle. Take clean foil, put it in a mug and spray it with cooking spray. Break an egg in this foil, close it and put in boiling water for 4 minutes. When egg is cooked put it in one half of avocado and close it with another half. Now wrap your avocado with bacon and fry it until bacon gets crispy.

Salmon dome:

Ingredients:
8 slices smoked salmon; 1 medium avocado; 1 tsp olive oil; 2 eggs; 1 tbsp cream cheese; salt and pepper to taste; 2 slices toasted bread; chopped dill for serving.
Instructions Cover bottom and sides of two ramekins with sliced salmon. Cut out two pieces of plastic wrap and lay it into two small bowls that could fit an egg in it. Brush the wrap with some olive oil and beat an egg into it. Gather the edges of plastic wrap and tie together. Boil the eggs for 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile mash cream cheese and avocado flesh together. Season with salt and pepper. Remove plastic from the eggs and place each one into prepared ramekin. Top with mashed avocado and toasted bread that has been cut out to fit the ramekin. Flip onto a plate and remove ramekin carefully. Top with chopped dill before serving.

Avocado pesto:

INGREDIENTS 1 avocado 1 tbsp pesto 2 slices salmon 2 egg yolks 1 tsp chopped dill Salt Pepper METHOD Cup an avocado in half, remove the seed and add pesto in the middle of each half. Top with salmon slice and egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 3-5 minutes. Top with dill and serve.
