I give you nine solutions to fix any APP that is not working on an LG Smart TV. Your app may not be working, frozen, won't load, stuck on buffering, stuck on spinning wheel, black screen, error code or error message, unresponsive, etc. These 9 general fixes should work for most you. I dunno how a simple unplug/replug fixes things, but it did! Thank you bunches. I worked all morning rebooting routers and modems with no effect.

Britbox stopped loading with my Firestick. Followed his instructions in his first step of just unplugging the TV and waiting one minute before turning it back on. Britbox loaded right up after turning my tv back on. Thank you!!!

I bought two LG TVs and the 1st one has a lot of defects after one week. I bought a 75" as an upgrade hoping things would get better. Unfortunately the second one had a glitch as well funny enough at the space episode and second of Expanse. Right when the meteor hit the 1st LG froze and started sounding like a cd skipping. So I bought the new TV and rewatched that episode. The new TV froze and started skipping at the exact second in the episode as the first TV. It's like the TV couldn't handle the frame of the episode. I deleted the Amazon app and reinstalled it. Then problem solved. Unreal. Thanks for everything! LG customer service was useless. You fixed this issue for me. Much appreciated sir!

Just to Say that it worked very well at the level of IP 6 in the internet connection setting when I disabled that option, it worked.

Brilliant thank you! My issue was Samsung - I spent all day on line with Samsung - and trying everything- and it only got fixed when I did what you suggested turning off tv modem and router! Awesome 😀

I had to uninstall the Netflix app and reinstall it as you described and showed and then log back into my Netflix account for it work. Thank you bud

I have been dealing with my Netflix not working for a couple weeks. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again etc. not in a million years did I think unplugging the tv would be the trick!!! THANK YOU!!!!
