LG never cares to fix any bug or add any feature except to patch this workaround.

This doesn’t work anymore. I got all the way through slid the bar to the right, and got this message.

3. No vulnerable apps found :(
My software version is 3.30.45 and LG will not allow any up or downgrades, Any advice would be great.

I rooted my tv but nothing happened... After the reboot the homebrew app wasn't installed. LG 50un800psd

One thing I would really like is a bare bones launcher for my LG webOS TV (65UQ80). The problem is the "Trending Now" section stuck at the top of the home screen. Usually there are a few titles I would rather my kids not even see the advertisement for. I had FLauncher on a previous Android TV and it was exactly what I wanted. Is there anything similar to FLauncher that you know of for LG? Thanks!

I did exactly this on my 5.20.35 LG c9, the root on the website seemed to work. After reboot, nothing, no app, no homebrewstore, no nothing, rebooted back to normal

Is there a way of having an .APK file converted into/onto a Repository? I have an IPTV app that I pay for, but have to have an android box to support it. Is there a way around this?

not working anymore, thanks for sharing but you could put it in the description that it only worked for restricted amount of versions of the OS and got kinda patched which makes the whole thing kinda useless for everyone with later version

ta for video lad, any idea how to edit DTV channel numbers ( sort different numbers?) I am over here in Ireland..I used to change location to UK and load Freesat channels via satellite..then scan DTV...the only problem is that the Irish channels start in the 800s. I used to be able to renumber them..but the new Os doesn't let me renumber....any tips ?
