Madeira Island Black Fig

This is one of my few top figs, it is an excellent variety. On a mature tree every fig will have a drop of honey that seals the eye of the fruit to protect it from spoiling due to insects. This fig originated from the island of Madeira in Portugal. This is a high quality, high sugar content fig.
