It is too late for her to withdraw her complaint. She has already done too much defamation damage to the party and wasted the time of crores of viewers with false allegations. AAP should countersue her for criminal trespass, disturbing the public peace and for all the damage she has caused.
She says in interviews, that it was "unprovoked". Ya, right! Her provocation has been captured on camera! What a LIAR she is!
Swati has lost all credibility, after her threatening behaviour while imposing herself and barging into the private portion of the CM’s residence, insulting Vibhav with her “ganjA sAlA” remark, threatening him with job-loss (“tumhAri naukri khAungi”), challenging the security staff to evict her (“uThA ke pheko”), all this to incite them to turn the altercation into a physical one by pushing Vibhav who was only doing his duty, and then filing a false complaint to defame AK and AAP, and then doing drama and pretense (nATak & Dhoang) to fool the public as if we are all gullible and stupid to believe her.
Her career is over. As a result of her defaming AAP and AK, she will henceforth be shunned by them, while also being a misfit with BJP. If she switches to BJP, then she will look unprincipled, and hence lose credibility. So she is finished.
As for her police complaint, she is the one who must be sued by AAP and Vibhav for repeatedly defaming them with false statements and for criminal trespass into someone’s private space.
Vibhav and the security staff, on the other hand, committed NO CRIME, regardless of whether there was any physical tussle, because per the Indian Penal Code:
(a) IPC secn 87: Nothing is an offence by reason of any harm which it may cause to a person above age 18, who has given consent, whether express or implied, to suffer that harm;
(b) IPC secn 96 & 97: Nothing is an offence which is done in the exercise of the right of private defence (ie defending private property and body).
(c) IPC secn 105: The right of private defence of property against criminal trespass or mischief continues as long as the offender continues in the commission of criminal trespass or mischief.
