It's an internal matter of AAP, Sanjay has already said it that there was some sciffle that had taken place and they're looking into matter. Swati has never filed an FIR but we all expect that she speaks out, so that the buck stop there and the guilty must face the law.

Now, what is interesting is, we find all bjp netas, Mahila and the NCW suddenly coming out of no where to show solidarity and protest against AAP. But I wonder where were all these people during the protest against Brij Bhushan, Manipur, Prajwal Revanna where the cases were even worst.
