Miss having those. My 63 pickup had them, wish they would make a comeback.

As one of my teachers used to say: "...to air cool your tool."

I remember when cars had quarter windows that opened past 90 degrees so they acted as an air intake

My 1994 s10 blazer has these, but they are hidden in the fender wells. They are great in the summer. Only downside is the driver's side scoop is stuck open, so winters are miserable.

My trooper had a litteral ac vent aimed at your "junk" under the drivers dash below the steering.

Detroit killed the ball chiller vent, and they should never be forgiven for it.

I love my early 90s ford's not hot enough to run the ac flip the quarter window open!

I ALWAYS wanted something like that on my regular work trucks. Such a genius idea.

I want manufacturers of light duty trucks (half to to one ton) to bring back the junk cooler AC vent under the steering wheel lol

My 2017 mt45 step van has this. Love it!

In my experience old trucks don't need help getting fresh air in the cab. It's more about pluging up the holes so you don't freez in the winter

Used to have one on a truck. Added a screen after the first bee.

My 1972 Mercedes four ton truck has a similar vent, just comes from straight ahead (short nose)
Best AC in the summer

I miss the vent windows on my ole vans of the '70s and '80s. Flip them suckers around and feel the hurricane...

I've commented about 10x that you need an A/C vent under the steering wheel of Topsy.

You could maybe make your truck's bottom windows swivel open a bit to air scoop air like a 70s car
