I have done a lot in this regard. The roti is not easy to be cooked, hard, brittle & uneasy to eat. I even have added Kinua, Buck wheat, chickpea flour, Bajra Jawar, Alsi & chia seed but all in vain. Roti can not cooked & not worth eating. Only whole grains flour grinded in stone grinding machine is better. Above all should be taken in small size 2 times only. Salan should be taken more than roti & mid meal should be of salad & seasonal fruits. And last never ever fill your stomac full. If you can afford to keep fast 4 to 8 times in a month you will feel awesome & healthy & to avoid multiple diseases. This was taught by Nabi Kareem SAAW. The only way to avoid uncountable deadly diseases. Allah Bless you All
