Zach Johnson, the “Millennial Farmer” is a 5th-generation farmer who’s spent his life growing, working, and learning on his family’s farm. His wit and dry sense of humor appeal to children and adults alike. A product of the millennial generation, his appreciation of new technology blends with his old-fashioned work ethic, and he offers a unique ability to deliver his message in a way that resonates with lifelong farmers as well as those with no knowledge of agriculture.
With growing consumer awareness about where their food comes from, Zach has identified the need for an independent voice from the front lines of agriculture. Zach actively promotes agriculture by sharing his day-to-day experiences in the agriculture world while providing farmer-to-farmer education to help facilitate a collaborative conversation between farmers and the public.

I'd like to give a heartfelt shout to all you farmers and truckers for your strength, work and dedication through this pandemic. God bless each and every one of you.

Homeschooling my 13 year old has taught me a couple things:
1. Somehow my best subject is english.
2. I am not cut out to be a teacher.
3. I suck at math.

I'm a freshman I highschool on central Kansas and my work is all been very easy, our teachers gave us work that is required to be done and then the rest will fall In Line if we have enough time at the end of the school, I finished my work for the week on Wednesday so I've been doing stuff getting ready for summer, doing odd jobs that take a little bit of time to do and really can't just quit half way through, like tilling some yards for my customers for my lawn care job.

As someone who has never worked on a farm I want to say thank you for everything you show because it has opened my eyes to the expenses that most people never think about where farming is concerned.

Being a city boy, I have no idea what you're talking about most of the time, but I'm learning and at 71 YO that's good. Really enjoy your videos and family.

I too support the idea of having a Jim Q&A interview style video.
Don't feel bad, here in southeast Wisconsin we had the day time blizzard with the sunshining through as well

He said well someone has to lay the hammer down. I was waiting for the next shot to be of him laying the hammer down on the counter.

Zach I gotta say: I’m torn. I loved the footage of you talking about all the equipment you guys are running from all the way back when your pops was running the farm. I’m dead serious it gave me pleasure beyond as it reminded me of my proud father running his old iron to keep the business running. At the same time I wish you all that’s coming your way as you work hard and deserve it all. Anyways that’s enough of that keep the videos coming and you’re the representative us farmers could wish for. Strawberry farmer from the Netherlands checking out, stay safe brother.

Isla had been your helper for a while now . She is a good kid having her around you more probably brightens your day. She might just have to learn how to use the tractor. Give her a few more years she will be helping more than you could ever imagine . Nice video stay safe and farm on my friends !

One more year of YouTube, you won’t need to own any equipment, you’ll get enough demos to get the job done 😂
