In self directed ed K-12 we use the principles of Andragogy applied to youth. It works great because children are people!

Some of your description of pedagogy seems really a description of outdated pedagogy. It seems that newer methods actually, rightly or wrongly, incorporate andragogy principals. Thoughts on this?

Would be a great video without the background noise. Sounds like a lot of screaming and doors slamming which is distracting.
