There was an unlockable at the top of the platforming thing in Brink Terminal, before you get into the art gallery. There are two paths at the top, one goes to the staircase up to the gallery thing and one gets the unlockable. I think it was a pair of skates

Graffiti is the way to unlock the ancient statue-and people since the beginning of time and civilization have been doing graffiti. They acknowledged the origins of graffiti, all the way to when we were first scribbling on walls.
