Hearing the synopsis of this anime, it reminds me of my 10th grade abuse. I was bullied by my peers for my Autism, but I didn't dare fight back, because whenever I did, they would either beat me down further, lie to the teachers saying I was causing trouble, or shaming me into thinking that Autistic children weren't allowed to defend themselves.

Interesting. So there were limits to how much power magical girls can use. Like of how in Madoka Magica, not having your soul gem purified can lead you into turning into a witch. A lot of magical girls lost their lives cause of that curse. Like Raven from teen titans said, powers may be fun to have but they are mostly a curse.
