The graphics of this indie game looks much better than some Multi million dollar company.

36:50 what makes this so scary to me is it’s such a unique setting that hearing screaming like that is horrifying. Logically, our brains know there shouldn’t be ANY sounds. No wind, no animals, no moving objects, and especially no people. So hearing something so abrasive loud coming from an unknown location in a place like this just puts your brain into full alert “I’m in danger” “this is not right” “I need to leave now” flight or fight response mode. That is some truly effective horror right there. If it was like out in a forest you could say it’s an animal or someone stalking you which is still scary and all, but your mind can logically explain it better. If it was like a haunted hospital, your brain would say it’s a ghost of a mental patient hurting in a procedure. But down here, there has been nothing living for thousands of years. It is completely stale, desolate, and lifeless. The way the screaming pierced the silence just makes you want to beg for it to stop because it is so wrong for it to be happening and it’s so loud and abrasive but disembodied in a place where no sound should be emanating. The duration of it too. It makes you back into a wall and just freeze in terror.

58:33 "I can read this without needing a translation"

"TRANSLATION OF THE-" 😂😂

37:15 you can die from fear, the brain can basically spasm to death if scared enough. It has happened along the ages and recently enough to prove that the brain was the failing organ. Heart attacks are also a way to die from fear.

I know this is a horror game but sometimes I can't help myself but be in awe, just the architechural integrity of it all looks magnificent, like you ripped a scene from ancient Egypt. Props to whoever designed the backgrounds and the map bruh. The feel is so authentic it's actually crazy.

36:38 i can't with him panicking over the wailing sound and still taking photos of the mummy 😂

It’s so nice to see a legit scary game based on a unique and cool concept even if it’s not entirely historically or mythologically accurate I love the concept.

That wailing was so bone chilling too, bothered me more than the jumpscares!

36:30 none before was able to convey thousand of years of despair and agony in a single sound so efficiently. Stunning sound design and acting

1:12:43 This jumpscare got me so bad that I yelled, dropped my Apple Pencil, the Apple Pencil clicked on another video, and all of a sudden I was watching some loud intro to a video of a guy playing the cursed digicam by chillas art.

This was genuinely one of the spookiest games I've watched Case play. I like to fall asleep to his streams during spooky time but I literally could not, my body was taking screenshots left and right bro🤣

Those screams are genuinely some of the most horrifying screams I’ve heard in horror. Says so much about what you’ve done without saying anything

This game was insane. The entire stream when he was playing this, I was on edge. I felt like a jumpscare could happen at any second. On top of that, the graphics were pretty realistic.

These ads are saving my life bro. They’re helping me keep touch with reality because I get so scared then some random cheery ad makes sure I’m not traumatised.

38:15 Fun fact: This is actually lore accurate, the Pharaoh's room always had a small hole leading all the way to the top of the Pyramid so the light and air could come in but also/primarily so the soul of the Pharaoh could leave and become a star I think. (not all holes/vents actually let in any air or light)
But I for the life of me can't find what that small "corridor/hole" was called. (Star Shaft is the correct answer I think, in English at least)

The wailing is genuinely bone chilling. So well done. I think I’d accept my fate on the spot if I ever heard that in real life

23:40 The "well" was actually used for killing people, It's somewhere around 100 feet deep and people got thrown down there. Spooky

44:30 it wrote "ye chiz mikhad" and it means "it need something" in Persian . as the developers are Iranian, they wrote something for themselves to hint for remembering that they have to put some dialouges in there but they forget to change it at the end . Im sorry for that as an Iranian game developer
