Focus on the esoteric and spiritual practices has been lost/hidden for all faiths because these institutions don’t want to lose the hold on the believers. They want control and don’t want to lose their relevance. Thanks for sharing, love this channel.

30:11 Importance of a shared sense of reality with our reality… regather than a rejection or diminution of it.

This is why true socio and psych paths must ultimately conclude that the strictly best course of action for the individual is the uplifting of the whole. You will be the highest point around you by uplifting those around you and allowing them, in turn, to lift you higher than themselves, as they inevitably must in the face of such a just and “selfless” cause. The more you elevate your environment the higher your environment elevates you.

The yogi merely understands the oceanic nature of their environment in conciseness; not being locked in a continental mentality of the intellect, or the subterranean realities. He follows the holy mantra: “don’t shit where you eat.” He who eats from all things, therefor, has no place to “dump” and no desire to do so.

Good lecture. I believe he’s holding back quite a bit. He would be labeled insane if he said it more to the point IMO. Hopefully folks piece together what he’s presented….

8:00 I think therefore God is. I love that adjustment to the quote. It is imperative, if we are true skeptics, to question the basis even for our own skepticism. In that questioning we find self-awareness which, when we understand the true nature of the self, is equivalent to God awareness in quality.

24:35 Indifference to the wisdom of the body: how rock music reawakened us to this “truth” in physical form.

This is a really great point that he only briefly touches on. But I do now see how the embracing of personal reality was a step toward collective consciousness: the physical truth in sex, drugs and rock and roll (or at least the pursuit of it) created a lot of chaos, but an equal expansion of individual AND collective consciousness. This surely suggests consciousness is a thing as much as the ocean is the thing: an ocean of consciousness that ebbs and flows with the tides.
