I’m so happy right now that I could cry! I developed a large genital lymphedema in my upper pubic area after have had an injury to my foot and leg, and subsequently having been placed (ineffectively) on the same antibiotic for a year by my doctor for the resulting infection which, unfortunately, went septic. I noticed the swelling in my groin beginning after I recovered from the sepsis, and it has gotten worse and worse in the seven years since. Every time I ask, my doctor says there are no options or treatments. This has been the source of so much pain and embarrassment and despair and anguish, and I’m so thrilled to hear that there ARE options out there! Thank you so much for posting this video, it’s going to be life-changing (literally) for me!

How is pelvic lymph swelling differentiated from an inguinal hernia - generally speaking. What does this swelling in the pelvis area look like? Additionally how does one know if they are dealing with lymphatic swelling, a UTI or swelling from hip arthritis.

Hi, thankyou for your video’s, so helpful! But i have a question. I just want to make sure i understand this right: If you have swollen lymph nodes in your groin, then you stroke upwards from there. But normally the area under the belly button must have downwards strokes, right?

Thank you for the video. Some feedback:

1) movement upward does not help when lump is stuck below an 8" incision above the pubic bone. What is the solution to this?

2) bike shorts offers compression everywhere except where compression is needed. A panty works better. However there are no good panties on the market that pull up and out to the hip bones, providing compression in the pubic area, but not "tummy compression" which pushes lymph down. Leonisa made one, but they discontinued it.

My left teste has gotten larger with sometimes dull ache like pain associated through the teste and directly above it in lower pelvis just above testicle and also get pain or pressure over pubis symphysis or public bone over it and each side especially if standing. The teste even hangs lower and appears larger.
