Jesse, That NPC At Risky Reels Does Sell A Spaz When You Kill Her And Turns Into A Ghost And She Sells Spaz

When you kill the dude in risky then their pump will upgrade. I killed them 2 times when they had blue pump and as the ghost form they sold purple pump first time and gold pump last time. It's true, it works, heals also change
