Not long enough there was so much more which could have been usefully said. Probably having each of the guest speakers on, individually would be much more useful. But a great start.

I am on a Banting Diet and I can say that cutting out carbs helped my rheumatoid arthritis. Do not take anti inflammatory drugs as I used to.

Not long till that person who does lchf craves sweet food or junk food very very hard. Low carb is no way to health.
