I dig that you are right to the point, no stupid intro nor any fake thumbnails... True and true content every time 😊
Thanks for the great content!

I've been watching Youtube since it first launched and this channel is one of very few that hasn't fallen into the clickbait junk content trend that so many (most) channels do now. Everything you put out delivers precisely what it promises to deliver and saves us all time and money in the process. Even the editing is top notch.

Seriously, one of the best channels on the platform!

The last product you tested at 13:13 I'd bought their 22-piece set 2 months ago. I can confirm the yellow brushes for tile and tube work exceptionally well, the red brushes brought my stainless steel pan back to a shine, and the black brushes got the inside of my cast iron to a nice shine too.

Beware of attachments that put a radial load on the drill. The bearinx in the drill are designed for axial load. For radial load, use a grinder or a router.

I'm always tempted by attachments like this. Thank you for saving me some money and effort. It's great to see some work so well.

i've cut a lot of sheet metal. the midwest snips are the best bang for your buck, especially for trim work. if you want a perfect cut, do not fully close the snips - the ends tend to create a jagged edge that way. i am definitely interested in that malco attachment for the drill and will be buying one after christmas.

Those brushes at the end of the video are fantastic when used on a right-angle drill. We have found nothing better for cleaning hard water deposits from glass and very quickly removing dirt dauber nests from paint or bricks.

I've had my pump attachment for like 8 years and still is working. I also have the brush heads and they are great for in the bathroom.

Honestly, the brushes were the star performer of the tests. I've tried some of those attachments before, and quickly realized that I valued my life.

Very useful video. Without actual tests, it's really difficult for a consumer to determine what attachments are decent, so these tests are very informative. Thanks so much for the work you do to help so many folks.

I've seen the drill brush attachments for awhile on auto detailing channels, they're terrific for cleaning seats, carpets, floor mats, trunk carpet, and even headliners (if you don't press hard). They can remove a lot of ground in dirt and make a frothy soapy mess that's easy to vacuum or wipe up, leaving behind cleaner upholstery than when you started. Of course steam extraction is probably the best way, but with the price of those units it's tough to swallow. Thanks for the deep dive into drill attachments and I'll definitely be picking up the water pump, large auger bit, and maybe even the deburring tool!

00:00 🔪 Drill attachments offer versatile alternatives to standalone tools at lower costs.
00:29 🌲 Chainsaw drill attachment cuts 2x4 in 3.3 seconds on average, efficient but light-duty.
01:23 🛠 Metal cutting attachment works well for aluminum but leaves a wrinkled edge.
02:34 ✂ Aviation snips for metal flashing give smooth, efficient cuts with minimal effort.
03:32 🔩 Comparing drill-powered cutters for 20 gauge metal: Midwest (clean cut), Malco (slightly better quality).
04:16 🪚 Circular saw attachment (under $20) delivers sketchy, vibrating cuts on wood.
05:12 🔄 Reciprocating saw attachment struggles with blade retention, poor quality for wood and metal cutting.
06:21 🔨 Multiple rust removal attachments: flat brush (slow), Roto stripper (damages wood), Milwaukee sander (effective).
09:17 🌀 Auger drill bits vary in effectiveness, with smaller ones performing well and larger ones struggling in dry, hard ground.
10:30 🌊 Drill pump moves close to 500 gallons per hour, suitable for various tasks but not built to last.
11:30 🛠 Chamfer deburring tool effectively removes sharp edges, facilitating easier nut threading.
12:12 🪚 Cutting wheel set offers varied blades, but control is challenging, especially for PVC pipes.
13:08 🧼 Scrub brush and drill brush set show differences in cleaning efficiency, with the latter performing impressively for its price.

I have purchased the earth augurs earlier this year for my SDS delilition drill, they seem to work pretty good. I use them to auger out for mailbox posts in gravel/river stone.
Sketchy to say the least for some of those attachments.
Great video once again Todd

My wife always gives me the “I’m not mad I’m just disappointed” look when I bust out the dewalt and brushes to clean the tubs. Then I get it done in less than 5 minutes and she always laughs about it. They do work quite well for the bathroom. Also the light duty brushes for carpet scrubbing and then hit it with the carpet cleaner vacuum after and it looks brand new

Those ID PVC pipe cutting blades are a very niche thing, but if you've ever had to do a sprinkler repair underground, or modify/repair a shower drain that's cast into concrete, they're life savers!

Thanks for another awesome video! :D

A couple of those attachments looked VERY sketchy and dangerous and a couple looked promising. Thank you for putting your life on the line line for us. Congratulations on getting invited to Matt's Offroad games, can't wait to see it. Just wish I could be there in person to watch.

Absolutely enjoy this channel the most for real world testing. The work you put into these tests is incredible. Really enjoyed this testing of some sketchy “attachments”. That chainsaw one was scary! Can’t wait for the next video.
