Hi everyone i'm sanjana prasad welcometo yoga and you by ventuno yoga. The above mentioned Kapalabhati is an important Shatkarma, a purification in hatha yoga. The word kapalabhati is made up of two Sanskrit words: kapāla meaning "skull", and bhāti meaning "shining, illuminating". It is intended mainly for cleaning the sinuses but according to the Gheranda Samhita it has magical curative effects.I really hope you enjoyed today's video I'll catch you in another video of yoga thank you so much.

I have read somewhere that since this is a kriya, it needs to be done early in the morning, on empty stomach only. Could you please clarify??

I like this breathing exercise, but it's hard to get into the exercise fully because there seems to be some other distant noise of speaking in the background which keeps me from being able to focus on the instructions.
