He called the company for help and they ignored it. Big lawsuit coming.

It’s inhumane to put their drivers in trucks without a/c in the hottest part of Texas summer. 😮

It's 100% pure greed! Nothing matters, just the money.

It’s unacceptable to put these drivers in these hot trucks!

This was the reason for them going on strike. They still don't have AC. Wow.

Hey, we understand and we won't fire you for this crash. So hearing that... you will still be in for tomorrow's shift, right?

What people like the UPS management DO NOT SEE. Is he could have killed himself LET ALONE someone else when he passed out like that going into oncoming traffic. UPS (Not the Driver) Needs to be held accountable.

I drove big semis trucks for a short time. Its all the same, I know how these companies operate. Pushing employees to drive without a care for their safety. Dispatchers with no truck driving experience and so on. Its all greed and ridiculous. They need to put A/C in these trucks but they don't want to decrees the mileage of these trucks, that's money out of their pockets

Hope the driver gets a nice settlement. He asked for help and they denied it.

They don't have air conditioning in those trucks.

I live in texas, it’s 105 today, you go outside and you are immediately sweating. Why they don’t have AC is beyond reckless.

We’re starting to see a pattern of behavior of negligence by companies not taking action when they need to

It should be a federal requirement for all of these trucks to have air conditioning the fact that they are in and out of them all day shouldn't matter. If they need to take a break they should be able to get into their air conditioned truck close the door and sit there for a while until they feel better

If UPS, USPS and other carriers truly cared about their drivers safety, They wouldn't deny them A/C in the hot summer days and lack of heat in the winters. I am glad the UPS driver is okay. This is very unacceptable and something seriously needs to change for the safety of all our drivers and protect them from heat related exhaustion.
