Please, please, please more long ‘Sleepy History of…’ episodes. The longer the episodes the better. I love the Robert The Bruce, Caesar, Rosetta Stone, Beds, even the deck chair episode. I listen to my favorite sleepy history episodes repeatedly. I enjoy learning as I’m nodding off. My mind stays gently focused & interested, which allows my intrusive, busy thoughts to melt away.

This video is magic!
So I seriously struggle getting to sleep, I'm always exhausted when I go to bed, but for some reason I just fight it, I don't know if it's anxiety or what but I have to say that this video is the only thing that's been helping me to get to sleep
I've never been able to get to the actual history part, I've always conked out during the calming down section at the start 😅
