I’m really liking the shorter versions. As an older adult I find myself being woke up later on when the music starts playing. So this is perfect.
This type of stimulation is good for limbic brain Rewiring. I appreciate you telling the story in the ‘first person.’ I can easily insert myself into the story. Love all the color and details you add makes it fun to imagine. I wish you could do some stories with horse- back riding at Hawaii near a waterfall or near the mountains.
