You are back! I started this video and had to stop it and it was gone when I could watch again. So I found it back on this morning. Yay!

Wow, you all made some progress on different pieces. Thanks for sharing them wirh us.
I am so happy to hear that the princess is doing well being away at college. I appreciate that update. ❤
I've been to lots of scrapbook retreats and more recently quite a few cross stitch retreats. We have a small group that's fortunate enough to do one weekend mini retreat wach month. So much fun and stitching.
I was mesmerized by the quilt of the day and then to see you do a bit on your long arm was great. Completely new to me. I loved it.
Thank you, ladies.

I usually change something when I stitch. I either alter the colors, the pattern or the linen or all three. Happy birthday, Jennifer, I met you at stitch con and you always had a smile on your face. Love your floss tubes.

Great video as always. Love seeing all the projects - finished or in progress. Beautiful work. That quilt Jennifer is stunning - I also like purple! Yes, I have been to one retreat and that was Stitch Con last year. I took my sister with me, who hasn’t cross-stitched in years, and she managed to fall UP the stairs and break her shoulder on the first day. She’s still suffering now so if I get to go to any other retreats I think I will be solo! I would love to go to a quilting one. Thanks again ladies.

Love all of your finishes! I have a scrapbooking group that gets together one Saturday a month and we have been doing that for 23 years now. We have gone on many scrapbooking retreats in the past but no longer do that since we get together once a month. As far as cross stitching retreats I have gone on only one and it was Stitch Maine 2023. It was so much fun and I met so many great cross stitchers that I will be going to that one again.

I've been to scrapbooking retreats and attended the quilt retreat in Shipshewana with both of you and loved it. I did attend my first cross stitch retreat in April hosted by Evertote in Canada and enjoyed it. Have a great week.

So very much eye candy this video. Great finishes and finishing ideas. I went to scrapbooking retreats for a couple of years that were wonderful. Unfortunately, they are no longer hosting them. Next was a fiber arts festival. I attended a couple of years and was scheduled until the pandemic put a stop to that. It was the Dallas-Fort Worth Fiber Festival in Irving, Texas. This spring I went to a cross stitch retreat in Lansing, Michigan. And coming up I have Stitching in the Wild in Montgomery Alabama next September. But the best retreat is the one with my sister and daughter, just the three of us at an AirB&B this past summer. It's really the people that make the difference. Hope you all have a great time in Shipshewana.

When I was a member of the Emerald Valley Quilters I attended their bienneal retreat a couple of times. In fact I won my iron there in a raffle! I have never been to a cross stitch retreat. I am saving my 5 dollar bills for PNWSS next year. (Pacific Northwest Stitch Summit in Portland put on by Acorns and Threads) They also do a stitch day in January called the Acorn Gathering. I attended that virtually in 2022 and hope to go in person in 24. (This reminds me that that project is still a WiP. Why don't I get that out and finish it!) Thanks for your video Love all the FFO's

Such a nice variety in both your stitching and quilting! In the past I organized and ran many quilt shows that had one day mini-retreats attached to them but I haven't been on an overnight one. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

I went on a few quilting retreats in the early 2000s.and on one cross stitch retreat -- with the Victoria Sampler out of Victoria, B.C. in October 2008. Since then I've moved to a rural hamlet in central Alberta, Canada, and consider myself as 'living on retreat'. That said, I've also been on one artists' residency (I'm an art quilter) and on several spiritual retreats when I lived a couple hours' drive southwest, outside of Calgary, AB There is a Franciscan retreat centre there and yes, when attending there I've taken something to do with my hands.
