MSR Boot Partition Issue. If you are installing windows on your custom build for the first time and have multiple drives, be careful =)

I just built mine and had the same issue. Funny thing it it actually worked with all storage drives installed but started getting the blue screen errors. I thought it was hardware related until I decided to remove the additional external drive since I’m using an m.2 2tb for my operating system. I wanted to confirm on yt and came across your video. Thanks for the tip.

Is it possible to setup a SSD boot with multiple hard drives in RAID?

When I add a new identical hard drive the window will not boot. Bio sees 2 identical and give 2 identical ID, so window boot got confuse which one is active. One has window 10 and the other blank (Format). It will work if different Hard drive, can anyone help? thanks.

i have that issue ended up buying exos hdd 14tb and m.2 as main for windows and gaming lol

"windows has a MSR partition just to fuck up installs" that's it, very common issues that i just avoid doing hackintosh that i can just clone wherever and will run from any partition thanks to opencore
