i heard a theory that it was Max’s favorite song because she wished she could swap places with Billy and be dead instead of him, but i can see how it can also be with Lucas because in the video it says it’s about a man and woman wanting to swap places and solve their problems, it’s like Max and Lucas swapping places and solving their relationship problems too
