There's a lot of assumptions we have about Africa. Some of them are right, some of them are wrong. But most importantly there are also those things that we don't really have any idea about. And this video is to inform you on that and make you hyped up for the future of this beautiful continent!

You are so right, my best friend is African and she told me that we were going to see her home country, I expected it to be dangerous and shanty because so many people told me that it was, but when I got there I was blown away by the incredible cities, technology and all the people. I'm so glad to see someone talking about this. I live in Nigeria and here we have so many beautiful sites, skyscrapers, modern buildings, internet, really good free public education, good health care, water, food and a lot more. Africa is really not that different from other continents. It's really offensive when many people assume we all live in a jungle, starving and looking for food

I'm a proud African, however I'm in no way proud of the state of the continent, particularly my country. Africa has so many potentials, but corruption, bureaucratic bottlenecks and the citizens themselves(to an extent) are the bane of its existence. Thank you, nonetheless, for making this video.

The last part gave me goosebumps because it's true, it's true that people don't see Africa as a developing country.... I am ashamed that my family, relatives and neighbors think so low of africa. I wish these stereotypes would be gone soon. I will try my best too to make know the worth of Africa and that it's time to change our mindset already towards the developing countries. Thank you for making such amazing meaningful videos. I aspire to bring change like how you do. people dont know how africa is actually a really good continent countrys like kenya ( where im from ) are advancing very fast and we have beautiful citys and clean roads in some areas in africa yes there are some struggles but everyone is trying their hardest to make areas like those to become better thanks for speaking about this
