you can now do slash commands in obsisian but its off by default go to settings click core plugins scroll down to slash commands.

Obsidian now supports slash commands and database properties, albeit not as seamlessly as Notion does.

Nice video! I wouldn't say that Notion is easier to use than Obsidian. To be honest, I had to watch video tutorials to get started with either, since their onboarding isn't amazing. They're not like Evernote, UpNote or Supernotes, which are extremely intuitive.
