The Supreme Court on Monday issued its highly-anticipated ruling in Donald Trump's appeal for presidential immunity from conspiracy and obstruction charges related to his attempts to overturn his 2020 election loss.

The split 6-3 opinion was authored by Chief Justice John Roberts.

Not surprised 6 conservatives judges ruled the way they did I expected it but thought possible Barrett would rule with the other women but nope, we have a very uneven Supreme court that does rule by their political alliance and has favored Trump, even Judge Cannon in Florida case. We need a balanced Supreme court 6 and 6 not 6 and 3 unfair to the rest of Americans in this country. Supreme Court is suppose to be impartial but they are not.
